There’s something about freshly toasted and ground cinnamon and cloves that makes everyone close their eyes and inhale slowly. I wrote this recipe for FineDiningLovers. You’ll have to make the recipe yourself to acquire that skill.
you shouldn’t, but you could just eat this with a spoon. Or at least test it a few too many times. I mean, don’t eat the whole thing with a spoon. That’s diabetes in a recipe. But I did eat all the apple pulp from juicing 3 cups of apple juice. Cider works better, and my vinegar wasn’t the best brand, but the jam still worked just fine. Christmas in a jam. Makes a perfect homemade Christmas present.
